Artificial intelligence for fruit and vegetable shelf management and training

Arthylen is an augmented reality simulator for fresh produce departments and the fruit and vegetable processing industry. The purpose of the simulator is to train staff to acquire skills in the preparation, presentation and preservation of fresh produce as quickly as possible.

Two applications in one!

Two separate applications have been created: Arthylen Manager and Arthylen Planner.

  • The first, based on deep-learning technology, recognizes the type of fruit, its level of ripeness and the associated customer advice.

  • The second centralizes planogram management in the department for the manager and his assistants.

A simulator for greater efficiency and productivity

The advantages of this augmented reality simulator are many:

  • Sales gains for medium-sized grocery stores

  • Reducing fruit and vegetable waste

  • Less time spent on repetitive tasks

  • Increased sales thanks to improved presentation and consumer advice

The rich database with its many categories (product, maturity, condition, photo, checklist, crate, shelf, label... etc) provides a complete application.
